Face-to-face Counselling in Colerne

You are very welcome to meet with me in my practice room in Colerne.

I work relationally in a way that we can explore what is affecting you and my aim is to support you in moving through the distress to find a deeper understanding of yourself to enable you to make choices that enhance your wellbeing and life.

These sessions can be offered weekly, bi-weekly or at intervals that benefit you. I will be as flexible as possible, and we will work together to ensure that you are getting the support that you need.
